John
The hotel was fairly clean with perfect and favourable location in the large lounge area and airy rooms. I was offered a room with LOVELY views to downtown. There was a bath too. Location: the property was not far from downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore and other must-see Asheville landmarks, plus easy parking, downtown areas and town center.
Facilities were wonderful, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

would like to go back there again
The place is super charming and well-maintained. Spacious rooms with comfy beds and a kitchenette. Wine happy hour every evening, plus a changing breakfast menu that's way better than the usual. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Quiet location, easy stroll to downtown and local eats. Loved the snacks in the common area too.

Cozy charm with a great vibe
What a sweet spot! The place is full of character and super comfy. Loved the breakfast, especially the fresh avocado toast and waffles. The afternoon happy hour is a nice touch too. Just one thing - our room had a weird noise at night that kept us on our toes. Still, can't wait to return!

It had a perfect location close enough to all major areas such as the Biltmore Estate as well as downtown Asheville, Asheville for a long weekend, and downtown, restaurants and shopping. It also was close enough to the major attractions yet far enough to get away: )

From the time of arrival until the time of departure we had a very pleasant experience with the staff. John and Jennifer at the reception/check in desk were very personable and helpful with correct information about the city of Asheville. They provided us with information about various things to do, events and restaurants in the area. The custodial staff who assisted with the wonderful breakfasts and room services/maintenance were also friendly and provided their serrvices in a timely manner. We will definitely return to the Princess ann and recommend staying there to our friends and family members.
The is nothing negative to report.
